This is the original bike image This is the bike image after removing 150 pixels horizontally As you can see this image is distorted because the wheels are no long round. The Seam removal algorithm removed as much of the spaces as possible, but after all the spaces are removed the green bush background was keeping it from removing the middle section of the bike This is the seam-removal map
This is the original moutain image This is the moutain image after removing 150 pixels horizontally As you can see this image is not distorted because and that the seam removal algorithm removed the space on top and be below the actual moutain. This worked a lot better than the bike one since there were clear spaces for the algorithm to remove This is the seam-removal map
This is the original lion image This is the lion image after removing 150 pixels vertically As you can see this image is distorted because the lion barely fit vertically in the original image and after removing 150 pixels, its face and tail are messed up. In trying to protect the rock and grass in the background, it distorted the actual lion. This is the seam-removal map
This is the original city image This is the city image after removing 150 pixels vertically As you can see this image is not distorted because the seam removal algorithm removed the left and right sides of the city, but kept the middle in tact. This is the seam-removal map
