Computers and Software
The problem sets in this course can be completed on the PCs in the
CTRC in the O'Neill Library. All of the PCs have the required software.
If you use one of these computers or some other computer other than
your own, you'll need to make provisions to save your work. You can
either buy an inexpensive flash drive in the BC Bookstore or you can
use MyFiles@bc.
If you own a computer you can do the work on your own system. If you
do not have the Excel 2008 software installed on your system you can
download the "free" software.
Getting Help
The instructor and the teaching assistants will be delighted
to help you if you are having trouble with some part of a problem
set or with any other material in the course. Please feel free to
stop in during our office hours, talk to us after class or make an
appointment.
